Where is your studio located?
We are based in Stroud and the surrounding areas.
Personal Training sessions are taken at The Gym Group in Cheltenham
What fitness levels are your classes suitable for?
Our fitness classes, yoga and personal training is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and abilities.
How often should I have a personal training session?
As often as you like! Most of the time a weekly session ensures our personal trainer, Lucy who can keep you on track and motivated with your fitness journey.

What kind of social events do you offer?
We will be hosting a wide variety of events such as; Board game nights, Book club, pot luck dinners, park runs, walk/hike... these are just a few to list. You can even suggest your own event!!

What is Ashtanaga Yoga?
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links movement with breath in a precise sequence of poses. It involves a continuous flow between poses, creating a vigorous and meditative practice. It is the same routine every week. My class is run for all levels!
What are your business hours?
8-6pm Monday to Friday
10-4pm Saturday
Closed Sunday
Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?
No, All equipment is provided. If you wanted to bring your own, you can!
Are social events included in the membership fee?
Yes, your membership covers 2 invites to our social events each month.

Can I Bring a friend to the socials
Yes, on certain events you can bring friends, little ones and furry pets! for some events though we will have limited capacity or specific for our group.
